NUTRITION GUIDE FOR
GAME ANIMALS IN NORTH AMERICA

Wild game meats are higher-protein, lower-fat, and lower-calorie choices compared to conventional proteins in domestic farm animals like chicken, beef, and pork. Since wild animals feed exclusively on natural vegetation, their meat contains more omega-3 fatty acids and less saturated fat than the grain-fed, factory-farmed animals.
